Things You Need to Know

We took over Tree House Treasures with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our return/exchange policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 
* Original Sales Receipt must be presented.
* Return/Exchanges only available within 30 days from date of purchase. 
* No Cash Refunds - A credit note in the form of a Gift Certificate will be issued in the amount of the return. 
* No exceptions to these conditions.
